The Mix is a community gathering held every Wednesday from 6 PM - 8 PM at the Newsong Church in Santa Ana, California. The Cookie Lab will be holding lessons on 5/30, 6/6, and 6/13. To learn more about the Mix, visit their website: newsong.net/themix/.
Thomas House Shelter is a transitional shelter for families located in Garden Grove, California. The Cookie Lab will host a two-week long program from 6/25 to 7/5 to teach the kids about the science behind ice cream, pizza, bread, and many more. Monarch Pointe is an affordable family housing unit under the organization Jamboree Housing, and is located in Anaheim, California. The Cookie Lab will have a two-week long program from 7/9 to 7/20 at their site, allowing the kids to explore scientific topics through baking. American Family Housing is a transitional shelter for homeless and low-income families in Midway City, Orange County.
